Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) Location unspecified. This position involves providing scrub technician support in a level 3 trauma center setting, with responsibilities including assisting in orthopedic total joint, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures. The role requires flexibility for call coverage and responding promptly to hospital needs.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Certification as an Operating Room Technician with no minimum years of experience required. Valid drivers license or state ID, UHS submission packet, UHS prior employment form, and UHS skills checklist are required for submission.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Call is required, starting from the end of shifts at 5:30 pm until 7:00 am the following day, with one weekend call every five weeks (either Saturday or Sunday). The schedule rotates every six weeks.
• Additional Responsibilities: Must respond to hospital within 30 minutes when called. Ability to scrub orthopedic total joint, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must submit the necessary professional documentation including driver's license or state ID, UHS submission packet, employment form, and skills checklist.
