Job Details

• Position Description:
  Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Nights. This role involves working in an acute care setting with a focus on patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The unit has 39 beds, with patient ratios of 1:6, and includes Telemetry monitoring, pacemaker management, potassium level regulation, among other responsibilities. The position may involve floating to other Medsurg units within the scope of practice.
• Required Qualifications:
  Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Education: RN license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience required. Location: Local.
• Schedule:
  Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting from 09/14/2026 through 12/14/2026.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates should possess basic Telemetry experience as a plus but not required. Familiarity with Meditech electronic charting and McKesson medication system is preferred. Certification to provide care in an acute setting, including pacemaker management, potassium monitoring, and general Med Surg duties, is essential.
