Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to neonatal patients on a per shift basis. The NICU RN will oversee staff supervision, support high-quality nursing care, ensure staff competency, and manage resources effectively to meet patient needs.

Job Details

Location: The position is based in a healthcare facility focused on neonatal patient care.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; 0 years of experience required.
Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: The NICU RN will assume responsibility for clinical assessment, care planning, and supervision of clinical staff. The role contributes to a safe, high-quality care environment, supporting facility management in maintaining care standards.
