Job Details

• Position Description: RN - Labor and Delivery at a healthcare facility setting in Wenatchee, WA.
• Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 36 hours per week, from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM.
• Required Qualifications: WA State / Compact Registered Nurse Licensure; active BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certifications; 1 year of relevant experience; adherence to policies and standards, abiding by the Washington Nurse Practice Act.
• Job Functions: Providing compassionate, patient-centered care including medication administration and procedure execution, developing individualized care plans, evaluating discharge and educational needs, documenting assessments and interventions, performing holistic patient assessments, teaching health information to patients and families, delegating care, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Additional Information: Must float as a sitter and may float in rotation. Demonstrates proficiency in coordinating care, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
