Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Location: Michigan. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care within the emergency department. The ER nurse utilizes the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM), every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BSN, current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing, ACLS, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in emergency nursing or related experience
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC certification is preferred but not required
• Additional Information: The position is a 13-week assignment with an option to extend. Candidates should be prepared for a block schedule with night shifts and no on-call requirements. Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing services, adhering to clinical standards, and ensuring quality patient care in the emergency setting.
