Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care to a diverse range of clinic patients and their families. The OR nurse will deliver holistic, individualized care, develop and implement nursing care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

  • Certifications and Qualifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), Scrub and Circulate experience in Cardiac, Hepatobiliary, Robotic, Spine, and Ophthalmology services. Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
  • Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, starting from 07:00 with variable start times; weekly minimum of 40 hours.
  • Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and support perioperative procedures across multiple specialties including robotic surgery, cardiothoracic, general, orthopedics, ENT, and more.
  • Additional Requirements: Must have recent CA RN Licensure uploaded via Nursys within the last two weeks, and applicable certifications with valid expiration dates uploaded.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardiac surgery and circulating experience in surgical procedures is highly desirable.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates should ensure all compliance documents are submitted at least 10 days prior to the start date, including work history verification covering the past 7 years with accurate documentation.
  • Additional Information: The role involves working in a high-volume surgical setting with a patient census of approximately 25 visits per day, in a unit equipped with advanced surgical technology including Da Vinci robotic systems and intraoperative imaging equipment.
