Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse [Location]
This position provides critical nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting. The ER Nurse assesses patient needs, develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, 0 years of experience required
- Additional Information: The ER Nurse will perform patient assessments, formulate and implement care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal emergency care. They will document nursing interventions, provide patient education, and support clinical improvement activities. The position requires flexibility for a varied work schedule.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional certification are preferred.
