Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in the en_US locale. This position involves assessing, planning, and providing nursing care to patients in the emergency department. The role requires utilizing specialized knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details

  • Position Description:
    This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. It is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered and utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills appropriate to the physical and developmental age of the patients.
  • Required Qualifications:
    Current, valid RN license in state of practice, or temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations.
  • Schedule:
    Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification is also preferred.
  • Additional Information:
    This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and documentation in patient records. The candidate must be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing safe, effective, and compassionate care.
