Description

Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse L&D Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the Labor and Delivery department of the healthcare provider. The position requires a dedicated RN to support high-risk and normal obstetric patients, ensuring optimal outcomes during the active labor process.

Job Details

  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: Must have ACLS certification. Experience in high-risk labor and delivery, as well as high-risk obstetrics (OB), is preferred. Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification requirements include ACLS, and a current RN license valid in the state where care is provided.
