Job Details

• Position Description:
  Provides circulating and scrub nursing services within the Operating Room, supporting specialties such as General, Gynecology, Vascular, Orthopedics, and Urology. The role involves working with a team to deliver safe, effective perioperative care in a surgical environment.

• Required Qualifications:
  Valid RN license to work as a registered nurse in West Virginia, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certifications, and at least two years of experience in an operating room setting. Shift schedule is days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience with Da Vinci robotic surgery or in surgical specialties such as Vascular or Orthopedics is preferred.

• Responsibilities:
  Circulating and scrubbing in a variety of surgical procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, supporting patient safety, and collaborating with the surgical team.

• Certifications:
  ACLS, BLS, NIH

• Schedule:
  Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week. Weekly schedule includes coverage on a biweekly basis, with potential for call involving one night per week and one weekend per month.
