Labor and Delivery Specialist in en_US This position involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The role requires ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby through expert clinical assessment and intervention.

Job Details

• Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification; 0 years of experience required; applicable for candidates with 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 48 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include managing labor, performing cervical exams, monitoring fetal status with GE fetal monitoring equipment, and managing medications during labor.
• The candidate should have a strong ability to thrive in organized chaos and handle multiple patients efficiently.
• Typical procedures performed include non-stress tests (NST), cervical exams, labor management, medication titration, and McRoberts maneuver.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Complete credentialing with certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM.
