Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) St. Louis, MO. This position involves providing direct patient care on a Medical Surgical floor within a healthcare facility. The RN will utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the promotion of patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule: Days shift, 0700-1930, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (eligible for licensure in Missouri or licensed in Missouri); BLS from AHA; 1 year of Med Surg inpatient experience; High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS from AHA
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinates care activities with ancillary departments to maximize patient outcomes. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties in accordance with the mission, values, and standards of the organization, ensuring professional accountability and compliance with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act. Physical requirements involve standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance. May work differing schedules and shifts based on patient care needs, with high risk exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
