Job Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Surgical Stepdown

• Schedule: Days, 0700-1930 shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Education and Certification: Current RN license meeting Missouri licensure requirements, BLS, and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience: 0+ years, preferred 2+ years of Stepdown or ICU experience, post-op care, Bipap, cardiac gtt, time management, critical thinking
• Unit Information: 29 beds, patient ratio 1:3/4, utilizes EPIC electronic medical record system
• Responsibilities: Utilizes nursing process to care for post-trauma, surgical, and medical patients; promotes patient rights and confidentiality; coordinates patient care with other departments; maintains professional accountability
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional: Candidate must have a positive attitude, problem solving skills, and be a team player. Must meet all facility dress code requirements.
