Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role supports patient education, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards for a diverse patient population.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; 0 to 6 months of related experience; effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work; attention to detail; completion of basic professional curriculum of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing or holds a diploma or degree.
• Preferred Qualifications: ER experience (good to have skills).
• Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, conducting assessments, planning and executing care interventions, documenting accurately, facilitating patient teaching and discharge planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates sound knowledge base in bio-psychosocial models, delegates appropriately, and supports unit/hospital quality improvement and educational goals.
