The ICU Float Registered Nurse position is located at an healthcare provider facility. The RN will utilize the nursing process to monitor patient progress, deliver culturally competent care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support unit and hospital goals.

Job Details

• **Position Description:**The ICU Float Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status.
• **Required Qualifications:**Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; 0-6 months of related experience; Epic experience; working knowledge of disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways; effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work; ability to be detail oriented.
• **Schedule:**Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
