Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available at a healthcare organization. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, oversee the nursing care plan, and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. This role emphasizes patient safety, care delivery, and team collaboration in a clinical setting.

Provides supervision and direction to ancillary staff, supports team building, ensures safety protocols are followed, and contributes to a positive work environment. Assumes charge responsibility following orientation and seeks ongoing professional development.
