Description

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialty nurse in a healthcare facility. The position involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients, adhering to clinical protocols, and ensuring patient safety and well-being in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current nursing license, minimum of 1 year of experience in neonatal intensive care nursing, educational requirements as per licensure standards, and relevant certifications if applicable
Preferred Qualifications: Additional neonatal certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Neonatal Intensive Care Certification (NIC)
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: The role involves delivering comprehensive neonatal care, implementing evidence-based practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
