Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Located in the region around Garden City, KS. Job Details

• Location: Region around Garden City, KS
• Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse supporting multiple ERs within Zone 4, covering areas around Garden City, KS. Responsibilities include patient assessment, stabilization, and coordination of emergent care.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ER setting.
• Schedule: Days, 11.5-hour shifts, minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be available for orientation in the state during the week prior to start date. Experience working with common ER drips, medications, and advanced telemetry equipment preferred. The role involves floating within Zone 4, including facilities around Garden City and Dodge City, KS. Candidates need to submit a license to work and provide a two-week notice to avoid a back-out penalty.
