Job Details

• Position Description: The ER Pediatric Nurse assesses, plans, executes, evaluates, and documents nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history and physicals, analyzing diagnostics, formulating individualized care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and families. The role supports the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate emergency care to pediatric patients.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification; experience in pediatric emergency nursing; graduate of an accredited nursing program; at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
