Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) Green Bay, WI. This position involves providing comprehensive home health care services, including managing acute patients in a home setting across a nine-county radius in northeastern Wisconsin. The role emphasizes independent practice, clinical skillfulness, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Home Health RN delivering clinical care within an all-inclusive operational scope, covering a nine-county radius in NE WI, with a focus on acute patient management in home settings.
  • Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin RN license or Compact license, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred), minimum of 2-3 years of acute home health experience, EPIC experience, point of care documentation experience, and valid personal vehicle.
  • Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (flexible up to 12 hours), guaranteed 36-48 hours per week, with no guaranteed hours during orientation week.
  • Additional Information: Must be comfortable with hands-on skills such as IV site care, wound care, and managing ostomies. Travel involves covering a nine-county radius with an average of 75-100 miles per day; therefore, owning a personal vehicle is required. The position requires working every other weekend and up to every other holiday, with the possibility of adjusting shifts based on operational needs.
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates should be prepared for TEAMS interviews with the manager.
