Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Wray. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a facility with capabilities for inpatient, observation, and swingbed services, as well as outpatient infusion. The position requires a dedicated professional to support the organizations commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Position Description: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse needed for a facility offering emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services. Responsibilities include managing acute patient conditions, performing procedural sedation, and utilizing electronic medical records systems.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications; at least 2 years of relevant experience; active licensure in the applicable state.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience managing patients with diagnoses such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), post-operative orthopedics, pneumonia, urinary tract infections (UTI), altered mental status (AMS), and failure to thrive is preferred.
