Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Education/Experience Requirements: 2 years of registered nurse experience, with strong cardiac experience; RN licensure (Compact accepted)
• Location Requirements: No specific geographic restrictions beyond an 80-mile local radius rule
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks starting from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026
• Responsibilities include managing arterial lines and central lines, NG tube placement and management, pacemaker and epidural care, IV starts, peripheral and arterial lab draws, and bedside procedures such as transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions, chest tube placements, and thoracentesis
• Additional clinical skills required include management of various intravenous drips (cardiac, Lasix, insulin, heparin, anti-hypertensive), bedside procedures, and post-operative patient monitoring.
