Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse positions are available in Boise. These roles involve providing patient care across multiple units within the region, including MedSurg, Emergency Department, and Telemetry services, in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS and ACLS; minimum of 2 years experience in specialty; previous travel experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cardizem, amio, nitro; preferred ED holds experience.
- Additional Information: Positions include float responsibilities to various units and facilities, with a focus on acute patient care including postop, ortho, neuro, satellite tele, medical, and oncology patients. RNs are required to read and interpret tele monitors independently. Nurses may be required to titrate drips such as heparin and insulin, among others. The team operates with a charge nurse on each shift and unit, and there is an emphasis on professional appearance and patient safety.
