Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in the healthcare organizations facility. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population with a focus on critical situations, using current nursing skills and clinical knowledge.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for delivering advanced emergency nursing care in a hospital setting, including assessment, intervention, and documentation for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Must be skilled in interpreting patient data, handling emergency situations promptly, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of California; evidence of current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; graduate from an accredited school of nursing; at least one year of Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months, with recent critical care experience within the last 12 months or EMT and Emergency Department (ED) Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience and in good standing; basic computer skills; physical ability to perform frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching above shoulders, sitting, walking inclines and declines, standing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive hand motions; ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor.
• Schedule: Night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week, with minimum 36 hours.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates knowledge necessary for age-specific patient care, interprets patient data accurately, maintains comprehensive nursing documentation, and performs head-to-toe assessments. Must be able to handle emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
