Job Summary
Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurse (RN) located in the United States responsible for providing specialized care to patients requiring intermediate levels of medical attention. This position involves utilizing evidence-based nursing practices to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to all required certifications and clinical standards.

Job Details

• Required Certifications and Education: RN - Single State or RN - Multi-state Compact, BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support Instructor, less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, completion of an accredited school of nursing with clinical hours.
• Schedule: Night shift from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include administering patient care, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with technology to support clinical care and basic computer skills.
• Possess excellent time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
