Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Rural Location. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to deliver compassionate patient care in a rural emergency department.
Job Details
- Location: Emergency Department, with an immediate backfill and orientation schedule starting May 4, 2026, through December 28, 2026.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: RN license, minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support).
- Preferred Qualifications: Peripheral IV placement, experience with stroke, sepsis, STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction).
- Responsibilities: Providing emergency care to adult and geriatric patient populations, managing various high-acuity cases including stroke, sepsis, STEMI, and utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Additional Information: The unit features 20 beds with patient ratios of 1:4, surging up to 1:5. High-paced environment requiring efficient multitasking and quick decision-making.
