Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) nurse position in Iowa. This role involves providing urgent and specialized care in a busy Emergency Department, with rotating shifts and a focus on high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Manage patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, providing critical services, assessment, and treatment for a diverse patient population.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required.
• Education Requirements: Iowa license or a compact/multistate license, with evidence of current active license.
• Experience Requirements: 24 months of current Emergency Department experience within the last 18 months; flexible for candidates with travel experience within the past 18 months.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Active CPI, MOAB, MAB, SAMA de-escalation certifications, NIH Stroke Scale, and trauma certification are highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Must have EPIC electronic medical record experience; candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and certifications on their resume.
