Job Details

• Position Description: The Clinical Nurse is an RN responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, care planning, and coordination, within a hospital-based setting. The RN supports patient recovery by fostering a healing environment, managing discomforts, and providing emotional support. This role involves partnering with patients and families, interpreting clinical data, implementing medical interventions, and evaluating patient responses.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, effective communication skills in English, and no minimum experience requirement.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN must demonstrate leadership, adapt to multiple priorities, utilize available technology, teach other staff members, and actively participate in professional development and unit programs. The role emphasizes maintaining current licensure and certification, with a focus on lifelong learning and quality improvement.
