Job Details

• Location: Medical City Denton, with a focus on the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specializing in diagnostic and interventional heart caths, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures.
• Schedule: Days Shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN); ACLS certification; experience or skills in cath lab environment preferred.
• Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile technique.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrophysiology, interventional radiology, or neuro procedures is advantageous.
• Clinical competencies involve working with equipment such as temporary pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and advanced imaging systems.
• Schedule includes rotating call after hours and weekends, approximately 50% of the month.
• Candidates must be assertive and capable of scrub and circulating duties within the cath lab setting.
• Submission of current certifications and credentials is required for application.
