Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH). The RN will be responsible for managing patient care across multiple departments, including Medical-Surgical (MedSurg), Telemetry, and Post-Operative Care, ensuring patient safety, delivering patient education, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Job Details

• Position Description: Registered Nurse (RN) for a 25-bed CAH, with experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Post-Operative Care units. Flexibility to work across departments is required.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active Washington (WA) nursing license, current healthcare provider certifications, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a minimum of 0 years of general nursing experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will identify patient needs for education, ensure patient safety through preventative measures, demonstrate knowledge in equipment operation, implement infection control procedures, maintain complete documentation, and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members. The role also involves maintaining emergency supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with policies related to patient care and safety.
• Submission Requirement: Candidates must be available to start on 09/21/2026 and complete the assignment by 12/21/2026.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
