Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse Nights Location: United States. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients within the specialty of Progressive Care. The role requires utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of patient needs in a healthcare facility setting.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing care while ensuring documentation aligns with organizational policies and professional standards. The Nurse will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans tailored to patient needs, considering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural factors.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Nurse will provide direct patient care, including implementing physician orders, delegating tasks, and supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel. Documentation must be legible, timely, and compliant with policies. The role may involve participation in research activities, professional development, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
