Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse, Location unspecified This position involves providing specialized perioperative care in the operating room environment. The role requires ensuring patient safety and supporting surgical procedures in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for delivering surgical nursing care, including preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care, with a focus on orthopedic, general, and robotics surgeries.
- Certifications and Education Requirements: Illinois licensed registered nurse (RN), CPR certification.
- Schedule: Evening shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Experience Requirements: 2+ years of operating room experience, including orthopedic, general, and robotics (Da Vinci) surgeries.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgical systems and biweekly pay schedule.
- Additional Information: Orientation includes 16 hours of non-billable training.
