Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care on night shifts, supporting a 21-bed unit with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 or 1:5. The position starts as soon as possible and is scheduled for 13 weeks, with floating to other units as needed.

Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Not specified (general healthcare facility)
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIH, NRP certifications; RN license; high school diploma or equivalent; no minimum years of experience specified; must be eligible to work in the facility's location.
• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: Role includes cardiac monitoring and interpretation, IV insertion, lab draw, medication administration, management of cardiac medications, Foley insertion, vital signs assessment, documentation, and conducting point-of-care testing. Will follow floating requirements as needed.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start ASAP and commit to the 13-week duration.
• Scope of Role: Cardiac monitoring, IV insertion, lab draws, medication administration, and other emergency nursing responsibilities within a 21-bed ER environment.
