Job Summary

Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in a rural healthcare facility. The role involves circulating and recovering patients in a surgical setting, providing care for varied surgical procedures with a focus on safety and adherence to clinical protocols. This temporary assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027, with scheduled dayshift hours.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license preferred), at least 1 year of OR nursing experience, familiarity with charting systems (Epic preferred).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in community hospital settings, trauma experience (Level I or II), and experience with endoscopy procedures.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to work in a rural hospital environment, with the requirement to circulate and recover patients in the operating room. Special procedures include endoscopy, with experience in related equipment and protocols. Candidates should be flexible to work 3 of the 5 major holidays as scheduled and be prepared to float between sister facilities if needed. All scheduling and RTO requests must be submitted upfront during application submission. References covering the last 3 years, with at least 6 months for CNA roles, are required.
