Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in Los Angeles. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. It includes supervising and directing nursing staff activities and coordinating care with other disciplines.
Job Details
- Location: Los Angeles area
- Shift Time: Nights
- Shift Hours: 12 hours
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor required; experience requirement: 0 years.
- Required Skills and Responsibilities: Collects relevant data pertinent to patient health, analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates progress. Collaborates with healthcare team members and provides education to patients and families. Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties appropriately.
- Certifications/ Licenses: RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification.
- Additional Information: Must have EPIC experience. Holiday RTO will not be approved.
