Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves circulating and potentially scrubbing in complex neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries, with expertise in performing procedures independently. The role requires experience across various surgical disciplines and the ability to work variable shifts including on-call, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

• Position Description: RN Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuroindependently performing procedures. Scrub experience is highly preferred but not required. Shifts are variable, based on clinical needs, starting at 7 a.m., 9:30 a.m., or 1 p.m., with on-call duties and rotating weekends and holidays. No block scheduling. On-call includes at least one weekend per month.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure; 4-5 years' OR registered nurse or combined operating room experience; circulating experience required. Scrub experience preferred, particularly in neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries, and comfort with DiVinci robotic cases.
• Schedule: Variable hours based on need, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Time off requests must be approved prior to confirmation. Mandatory overtime may be required as part of the team coverage. Client may float staff within 30 miles or reassign to different units within clinical competence.
• Submission Requirements: IVS review, manager interview, and offer process.
