Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) Baldwyn, MS. This long-term acute care facility seeks experienced RNs to provide specialized patient care in a geriatric and post-acute setting. The position involves night shifts and requires a dedicated professional to deliver quality care to a diverse patient population.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
• Education Requirements: Valid nursing license and licensing in the state of Mississippi.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long Term Acute Care. Strongly prefer 400+ bed or level 2 trauma experience. Prior travel experience required but screening available for strong first-time travelers.
• Location Requirements: Must be able to work in the Baldwyn, MS area.
• Years of Experience: 2 years minimum.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, with 30-minute paid breaks if staying on the unit. Weekend and holiday requirements are mandatory, with minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must have a minimum of 2 years of LTAC experience. The patient care modality includes geriatric, short-term, post-acute, and trach patients. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:20, with ancillary assistance during day and night shifts.
