Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse located in Illinois. This role involves providing specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and comprehensive telemetry services. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional with experience in medical-surgical units and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Telemetry (TELE) Nurse
• Location: Illinois
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: IL License, BLS, ACLS, EPIC Charting experience, 2+ years of strong medical-surgical experience. TELE background preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting and telemetry units.
• Additional Information: Orientation shall be held on Wednesdays, totaling 12 hours, with completion required prior to start. Submission of an updated resume, skills checklist completed within the past 12 months, one reference within 12 months, and IL License Verification is required. Candidates must have passed an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher.
