Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves floating between units within a short-term acute care setting, providing patient care for adult and geriatric populations. The position offers a dynamic environment with a focus on acute care and telemetry monitoring.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid state license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications. Experience in medical surgical and telemetry nursing, with skills in blood product administration, central line care/management, feeding tube care, Heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, dysrhythmia interpretation, PPE precautions, IV insulin protocols, dysrhythmia management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, PCA, peripheral line care, phlebotomy, PICC line management, starting and maintaining IVs, telemetry monitoring, rapid response/Code team use, and wound care. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role requires seasoned travelers with at least one previous contract. Floating to other acute care departments may be required. Candidates should be flexible to work during contracted hours, including holidays, with prior scheduling requests.
• Submissions must include responses to specific candidate questions and two references covering at least one year within the last three years.
