Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Colorado. This position involves providing professional nursing care for patients in the emergency department, including triaging patients, administering medications, and performing focused assessments. Job Details

• Position Description: Provides professional nursing care for patients in the emergency room. Triage patients to determine priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsible for moving patients, collecting blood samples, wound care, administering medications, and maintaining supplies. Performs focused assessments according to triage guidelines and hospital policies, functioning within the Nurse Practice Act limitations.
• Required Qualifications: Must be currently licensed to practice as an R.N. in the State of Colorado. BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire. TNCC required upon hire or within 1 year. ENPC or PALS required within 6 months.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of experience in critical care nursing; specialty certification for specific areas; ENPC preferred.
• Additional Information: Position starts on 10/07/2026 and ends on 01/06/2027. No experience minimum has been specified, but two years in critical care is preferred.
