This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a 40-bed Medical Surgical unit with a focus on adult patient populations. The role is essential for maintaining the health and safety of patients through effective clinical practices and compassionate patient care.

Job Details

• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Shift: 12-Hour Days
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license in good standing, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), 1-2+ years of RN experience, High School diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of new hire orientation scheduled on various dates.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a MED/SURG tele unit, familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:6, utilizing medical equipment specific to the unit, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
