Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods in a busy L&D unit. The RN will support various procedures including versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&C procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Job Details

• Position Description: Travel - L&D RN at a facility with a 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit and 2 operating rooms, supporting a team of approximately 60 staff members.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active BLS, NBSTA, and DORA certifications; candidates with a minimum of 6 months current L&D experience preferred; active candidates with a valid L&D license or certification are required.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&C procedures. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, kind, and maintains a drama-free attitude. The unit utilizes Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all minimum qualification criteria and be able to start on 10/05/2026 with the assignment ending on 01/04/2027.
