This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department. The role encompasses assessment, care planning, and execution of interventions to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes, utilizing professional nursing standards and practices.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care following organizational policies and professional standards for patients in labor and delivery. The nurse is responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered and for collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Certifications/Education/Experience: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification; related clinical experience in an acute care setting is preferred, with a minimum of one year in a relevant specialty area.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse will provide direct patient care, participate in care coordination, document accurately and timely, and support educational and leadership activities within the department.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all qualification criteria and comply with healthcare facility standards.
