Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse position located in an acute care setting. This role involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The position requires expertise in fetal monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and advanced life support skills to ensure the safety of both mother and newborn.

Job Details

• Position Description: Providing clinical care in an acute care environment for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods, adhering to hospital policies and clinical protocols.
• Required Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS (American Heart Association), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), STABLE Certification; 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026.
• Additional Information: Unit notes specify a cancellation policy allowing the hospital to cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment. Charting is performed using EPIC electronic medical records system. Applicants must hold a valid license to submit and be willing to work every other weekend.
