Job Summary:
RN - Oncology at a medical-surgical oncology unit in New York, NY. This role involves providing patient care on a 43-bed inpatient medical oncology unit that specializes in GYN and breast cancers, as well as general medical conditions. The position requires working day shifts with a schedule that includes weekend rotations, supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Location: 1275 York Avenue, NY, NY 10065, on the 10th Floor
- Schedule: Day shift, 11.54 hours per shift, 37.5 hours per week, with a flex weekend rotation; must work 13 shifts in a 28-day schedule, including 4 weekend shifts. No on-call required.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, degree requirements, location requirements, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC) focused on inpatient medical oncology care for patients with GYN and breast cancers. Chemotherapy certification is not required for this role.
