Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) RN - Acute Care Setting - Location: Not specified. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in the surgical suite for a healthcare provider's facility. The position requires working with a variety of cases, including orthopedic, neurological, and general surgeries, within a Level 1 trauma center.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting; valid license; experience with Trauma cases and scrubbing required.
- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Shift schedule is days only, with the possibility of working on holidays if scheduled on a weekend. A unit-specific orientation is provided. The facility utilizes the EPIC electronic charting system. Cancellations may occur up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
- Submission Requirements: Valid licensure to submit application; BSN preferred but not specified as required.
