Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position in a healthcare facility, providing specialized critical care to patients with acute and complex conditions. The role involves working in a 4-bed ICU with a patient ratio of 1:2-3, managing patients diagnosed with DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac issues, among others. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026 and runs through 12/21/2026, with night shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC / TCAR, or experience with trauma patient care.
• Education Requirements: Relevant nursing degree, current licensure to submit, and at least 1 year of experience in ICU setting.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the healthcare facility.
• Schedule: Night shifts during 12-hour shifts, working weekends and holidays as needed, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting vents and respiratory equipment, interpreting telemetry strips, and managing titratable drips typical to ICU.
• Additional job details include a 3-shift orientation, float rotation possible for MS or ER nurses, and a requirement for RNs to pass both primary and secondary fit testing if facial hair is present.
