Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse - Days Shift, located in the healthcare organizations facility. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality nursing services tailored to the physical and developmental needs of patients.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification is required; Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months; Experience in a Progressive Care Unit preferred.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. They will evaluate patient responses, document care appropriately, and support quality improvement initiatives. The role may include supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel to maintain high standards of care.
