Medical Surgical with Telemetry, located in en_US, is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional for a night shift assignment. Job Details

• Position Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
• Unit Description: 29 bed Medical Surgical with some Cardiac population and Telemetry Unit; Navy or maroon scrubs; Epic charting.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Nursys License; professional profile and skills checklist; 0 years minimum experience; ability to work 12-hour night shifts for at least 36 hours per week; start date 09/27/2026, end date 12/26/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical surgical nursing and telemetry.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating discharge planning, and working in a high-stress environment, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
