Job Details

• Position Description: RN specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry care, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Required Qualifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant experience in medical-surgical/telemetry units.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Skills: Managing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draws, chest tubes, CBI, feeding tube care, Heparin, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmias interpretation, isolation precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, cardiac drips, dysrhythmias management, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, ortho trauma, oxygen administration, PCA, peripheral line care, nerve block catheters, phlebotomy, PICC line management, post-hemodialysis care, renal failure, spinal cord injury, IV management, substance withdrawal, surgical drains, telemetry monitoring, thyroidectomy, tracheostomy care, Rapid Response/Code team use, wound care, and wound vac.
• Additional Information: Experience required includes recent clinical practice in the specified skills and certifications. BLS and ACLS certifications must be current and uploaded during onboarding. References must be obtained within the last year and verified prior to start. The candidate must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submittal Requirements: Candidates must upload Nursys license with a valid CA license, relevant certifications, and references within the specified timeframes.
